What is expert review?
It is an evaluation of your website or desktop software based on our professional experience and usability skills. Typically, we cover your site structure, navigation, workflow, layout and visual design, etc.
What can be reviewed?
- From individual web pages to sections or workflows
- From individual windows to features
- From graphic prototypes to products in production
What is the process?
- Find out more about what your team would like to review, e.g., performance metrics, target users, selling points, enhancement plans, IT and other constraints.
- Proceed to review. The duration will largely depend on complexity of what to review.
- Submit the review, and arrange the presentation if applicable.
What will you get?
- Expert review:
- Usability issues of your website or desktop software
- Actionable design recommendations to ease the usability issues
- Wireframes to illustrate the recommendations, if applicable
- Presentation:
- When the review scope is sizable, we will provide a presentation to highlight the major usability issues and recommendations.
- Post-review consultation:
- After submitting the review, we will provide five hours of consultation by phone or email.
